While at my friend Bev's earlier this summer, I had a delicious barbecue chicken pizza. Here is my attempt re-create it:

Brush pita shells or pizza shells with barbecue sauce
Add vegetables and barbecued chicken (cooked)When we were having barbecued chicken one night, my friend Bev barbecued enough chicken for two meals which meant we had extra for the pizzas.
Sprinkle cheese on top: I used gruyere, but you can use cheddar, mozzarella, etc. I sprinkled oregano on top.

You can bake them in the BBQ as well. If your BBQ has a thermometer on it, you can keep it to about 350 degrees it works really well
