I've just gotten back from Eagle Bay Camp, where I was volunteering in the kitchen. I had a fabulous time and left with new friends and new recipe ideas. Here is a delicious sandwich recipe, courtesy of Chef Todd:
Ingredients:French Bread
Honey Mustard Sauce
Ham
Apple slices
Shredded Cheese
1. Place french bread on parchment paper lined baking sheets. Spread honey mustard sauce
liberally on french bread.
2. Top with sliced ham, apple slices (peel on), and shredded cheese
3. Bake in 350 degree F. oven until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
These are great Laura. I made them with my grade 8 class and they were a bit hesitant but all but one kid liked them. I think I will keep it as my first recipe now. Thanks so much!
