Margerita Pizzas

Recently my husband came home with President's Choice Haloom Cheese, a semi-unripened cheese. I wasn't exactly sure how to use it, but after doing some on-line searching decided to make margerita pizzas.

I used store bought pizza shells, pizza sauce (spaghetti sauce is fine), drained diced tomatoes (saved the juice to add to a soup later), haloom cheese, fresh basil, oregano and parmesan cheese.

I usually bake pizzas at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
