This is what we like: Mixed berries (frozen; from costco: blackberries, raspberries and blueberries), Vanilla yogurt, and Mango juice. Whirl in your food processor or blender, tasting and checking the consistency. You can't go wrong here...just add more liquid if your smoothie is too thick and add more berries if it is too thin.
If you make too much...(I guess I think I am always preparing food for a crowd), divide the smoothie mixture into freezer friendly containers and freeze for later. These are great for a snack in the evening (almost like eating ice cream) and I have taken them to work too as a mid-morning snack.Do you have a favorite smoothie suggestion?
