Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino

Yesterday I was out at Starbucks with friends and my sister introduced me to one of their latest creations:  a salted caramel mocha latte.  It was delicious!  They also have a salted caramel mocha frappuccino and today with the weather being as fabulous as it was, I went for the frosty version, making one each for my daughter and I.   


I followed the same technique I use for the iced cappuccino (see recipe under beverages) and used approximately 6 coffee ice cubes, 1 cup 1% milk, and 2 Tb. chocolate milk powder, which I blended in a magic bullet (makes one serving).  The rest is easy:  I added whipping cream, caramel syrup and sea salt.  I was very pleased with the results!
