Sour Cream Dip Florentine

This delicious recipe comes from my Auntie Dawn. Everyone needs a spinach dip recipe, and this one is a classic.

Ingredients:

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/2 cup chopped green onion

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. dillweed

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth


Serve with cut up veggies and fresh bread
A great serving idea: Place dip inside a scooped out loaf of bread. Looks beautiful and tastes delicious.
