Here is a super easy recipe for Iced Chai, made in your own kitchen. I followed the same recipe I used for Iced Cappuccino, only using chai tea instead of coffee.
To begin with, I bought Tazo Chai Tea concentrate and froze this in ice cube trays. I was tempted to add milk at this point, but did not which is good because the final result would not have been spicy enough.
Add frozen ice cubes to individual magic bullet cup or to your blender or food processor. I used about 8-10 mini ice cubes, but you can use as many as you like.
Add 1/4 cup light cream and 1/2 cup 1% cream. You can vary this according to what you like. Blend until smooth, adding more ice cubes if necessary.
Voila! Now aren't you smart!
I've got my iced chai, now let's get some summer heat happening!
